I am Marcelo Ferreira, an Innovation and Digital Transformation Enthusiastic, Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP-SM), QA Manager, Project and Program Manager, Learning Facilitator for Global Alumni for Digital Transformation Program.

I have more than 19 years of working experience in different industry segments like Telecom, Automotive, Manufacturing, Mobile, R&D, Innovation, and University. I have worked with many major industries leaders, such as Northern Electric Research and Development, National Telecommunications Institute – Inatel, Eldorado Research Institute, Motorola Mobility, Positron/Stoneridge, Giesecke + Devrient, Samsung Electronics, Faculty of Technology – FATEC, and Global Alumni – EdTech, across different technologies.

I have extensive experience in digital & business transformation for enterprise customers. I have vast cross-culture experience and have visited and worked with multiple cultures around the world including India, Australia, Canada, China, the USA, Germany, Italy, Japan, Poland, Slovakia, and South Korea. I have managed teams across 32 countries.

As a Researcher, my learning never stops. I have 7 patents and 2 international scientific articles in IEEE and scientific research with a focus on assistive technologies. I am also a Learning Facilitator for Global Alumni for courses at an American university.

I am Design Thinking Certified by MIT Professional Education – Cambridge/Massachusetts. The hunger for innovation helped me complete my Master’s degree at FGV EAESP in innovative technologies for people with disabilities within organizations through the customer service area. (Customer Experience). I have also done my Master’s in management for competitiveness in information technology (MPGC) by FGV EAESP and International MBA in Project Management (FGV and MIT PE). I am also a Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP-SM) / Scrum Alliance, As Alumni, Member of the Careers Committee, Diversity, and Social Inclusion Committee and Ambassador of FGV EAESP, and Faculty for Falcons University.

Aspire to innovate in the field of assistive technology, I am pursuing my Ph.D. at USP.

Knowledge & experiences acquired in the journey so far has always inspired me to be an achiever. I strongly believe in creating an innovative culture around myself aligned with the organization’s vision. I have working experience in teaching, research & innovation software development & testing, quality management, and people management.

Innovation in my DNA, and I believe that I am still only at the beginning of my journey!
